Clients may at times be reluctant to start therapy or have trouble recognizing a problem when it develops. Others might worry about stigma and struggle to see problems or symptoms as reason to seek help. They could be unsure of who to turn to for assistance or how to take steps forward.

I am committed and dedicated to supporting and empowering clients, and I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic connection based on trust, respect, and understanding. My primary focus is on identifying clients' abilities and collaborating with them to develop techniques that address particular challenges, while also creating a fulfilling, balanced, and productive life.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgment or pressure. I highly value the therapeutic alliance, and am passionate about providing services to clients with mental health concerns, promoting psychological wellbeing & personal growth.
