About Emma Pavan
Registered Psychotherapist
MACP, R.P.
You may be someone who is ambitious in life, who has persevered and overcome many obstacles, but like many, have encountered a setback that has left you feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Similarly, this feeling of being overwhelmed has generalized to other aspects of your life, which has affected them negatively, that being your school, relationships, work life, amongst other aspects.
Using a person-centered approach and stressing the therapeutic relationship, we will work together, through guidance, on the goals established for therapy.
